I get that sentiment… but Christ almighty please don’t bring Irish Sampson’s fans here
Half my gross pay goes in tax!
Didn’t he buy am apartment a couple of years ago? Rent?
Bot
So you should work so hard , so that you can afford to pay someone else’s income while they sit at home ?
Makes sense
It would seem r/Ireland is a very Pro-landlord sub…
Did he really say that?
half of your rent goes to the state in form of taxes
Well, some of you voted him in, he didn’t get elected by mistake. But keep voting FFG in and expecting different results.
Not some other ‘person ‘…..some big corporations crap billionaires that are also getting handouts from our taxes too…..that’s what has to change…enough with the ‘poor old person income ‘ crap……corporations predatory practices!
One man’s(tenant) salary is another mans(landlord) income. It’s simple dummy now hand it over and go look for discounted food items.
Government gets over 1/3rd of my salary and half of what i give the landlord in tax , theyre the real problem here. Ive to earn 1400 euro to give my landlord 900 for him to pay 450 off his mortgage.
Christ the night
I seen a meme like this on r/completeanarchy
I’m nit too annoyed at irish landlords who own a house or two, I rented in Drogheda and she kept it at a fair price (alas we still didn’t get out deposit back), it’s property firms buying up fucking housing estates that’s the problem. Leo from this posy seems to be detracting the fault from foreign investors and pitting it on Irish landlords
Some landlords don’t seem to understand that an investment is a risk. Tough shit if they get regulated enough that they have to sell. You’ll still get a massive return and not lose your bollox on it
