Dobre šak není tam ani čo zmeniť reálne.
The first sentence is OK, but using “tak veľa” instead of “toľko” would be better.
A better second sentence is “Viem, že americké námorníctvo má predpisy určujúce, že ich tam toľko má byť, ale prečo?”
(The original English sentence is not asking about “as many as possible”, the “as many” used in it is an alternate phrasing of “that many”. The Russian translation got this wrong as well.)
In the third sentence the “jeho” doesn’t fit, it should be “toho”. But an even better phrasing would be “Aký to má skutočný účel?”
I would not translate “practical purpose” as “skutočný účel”. “Skutočný” means “real” and it sounds like the real purpose is being hidden by someone. Instead you can use “praktický” or even no adjective at all.
