  1. She’s waiting, *waiting* with bated breath, *hoping* it’s a deliberate explosion caused by a dissident republican so she can somehow tie SF into it.

  2. Considering the absolute state of the main hospital that’ll deal with this, I’d shut the fuck up if i was a member of the party that’s been in power most of the last decade

  3. Considering how she was Maria Bailey’s solicitor, it’s not surprising that she doesn’t know what a freak accident means. It always has to be someone’s fault

  4. People literally still digging through the wreckage and this one’s using it as a point scoring exercise.

    What a horrible cunt.

  5. It’s Twitter. Anyone who’s on Twitter is more than likely a cunt who believes that their inkling at the moment in time is more valid than journalistic processes.

  6. This fool advising her swinggate colleague and losing reelection should’ve been the end

Why do we care what the likes of her have to say?!

  7. Even for some f*#ked political point scoring I don’t understand how or why you would rush to post something like this before even offering thoughts
    and or prayers.

Even if it had been intentional the fact this was her first thought speaks volumes about her as a person she’s not fit for political office and if Varadkar doesn’t have the wit to get rid of her the public should at the next election.

  8. She regularly says stupid things on social media but it never seems to be mentioned in the media. It’s frustrating

  9. Below is a section of the car crash interview with Sean O’Rourke that convincingly turned an already sceptical and disgusted Irish public against Miriam Baily and ended her career.

SOR: Of course, tell me this much Maria Bailey, in what way do you believe the hotel was negligent in this?

MB: Sean, that would have been for a judge to adjudicate, that is not for you or me, that would have been …

SOR: I want you to explain to me …

MB: Sean I’m not a legal person, I took legal advice on this and I put every faith into that legal system and I was told I had a clear cut case.

The legal representation came from none other than Joesepha Madigans legal firm. When asked by the press Josepha refused to confirm or deny if she had advised her friend in this matter.

Also in the same interview Miriam dodges questions on whether she had two bottles of alcohol in her hands thus causing the fall as has been alleged.

Regardless it is clear is that no legal body or professional with sound judgement, ethics or a conscience should have entertained this disgusting action being taking against a business where the Owners were just trying to make an honest decent living. It’s shamefull in every way.

The above is against a backdrop of businesses struggling and often closing down for good in the face of rising insurance costs, a proportion of which would be due to claims for damages, supported by legal firms who also profit from said process.
