AFAIK Norway and Sweden are the only two countries with fully equal conscription systems (though there are other countries, like Israel and North Korea, which conscript women).
Alternative headline: “Only 25 % of women care about gender equality”.
Gender equality isn’t about dragging one gender *down* to the same level. It should be about *improving* the position of those who have it worse.
As a man who went to the Finnish army, I absolutely don’t support conscription for women. Either continue the status quo (not fair for men, but probably the easiest way to maintain defense) or make it voluntary for men too.
