I’m so glad eu still sends money to this fascist little Russia, every EU citizens should question why you guys are sending billions in aid to Serbia(eu provided 75% of all of aid to Serbia last year)when they essentially spit at everything you guys believe in. Just build relations with other Balkan countries, countries which would love to be allies of eu like Albania or Kosovo

Serbia has a lot of internal issues. They are solving them by kissing ass of a toxic partner and lashing at their friend (and benefactor).

One correction he is “previous Interior Minister” we currently don’t have a government.
Anyway, yeah no surprise he is an idiot. A useful idiot nonetheless, he is used as an excuse for Russia that we still like them. Most of the ministers are pro-EU, this one is pro-Russian (he is actually from some kind of leftist/communist party that always sticks together with other parties because he can’t pass the census without some coalition to carry him).
He is rarely lucid, and usually just spits hate against the west, to counteract some other members who are too pro-west, and by that keeping a perfect balance 🙂
My hope, and the likely outcome, is that we will not be seeing him in the next government
Taking the strict definition of Stalingrad battle, I bet more EU countries committed troops to its defence than its capture.
Only German divisions actually fought in the city, as I recall, and the Soviet troops engaged had conscripts from all three Baltic States.
But hey, you know how they say, never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

If Serbia joins the EU, that would be a major mistake. Their conservative politics, and pro-Russia stance aside, they’re very boastful and think they’re sth special. I can already tell they will veto everything they can just because they can. Worse than Hungary. You’ll see.
