This happened one morning on a three day hike in Nuuksio. I’m a self-employed hiking guide so I spend a lot of days and nights in the national park, but even then I’m pretty lucky to catch these moments while waiting for the morning coffee.

What an amazing place! I have recently started exploring Nuuksio, but so far have not strayed far from the few short trails marked on the park map that I was able to find. Could you possibly share a couple tips on how you like to explore the park? Where do you usually enter the park from and how do you go about navigating once you’re there?

Yep, I saw [the same thing](https://www.reddit.com/r/Finland/comments/xw737k/oc_amazing_sunrise_rainbow_in_espoo_51022/) but you had much nicer surroundings for it. I’m [a regular hiker](https://imgur.com/a/okmEmCM) all over southern and central Finland, and I’ll say that in 20 years I’ve never seen anything quite like that. I did see [an ice rainbow](https://imgur.com/I8Z7CFY) in winter once, though.
