> The firm says Mega Marshmallows are a S’more ingredient
Looks more like a S’not ingredient.
Every time I hear about a VAT case about food, I become more convinced we ought to just zero rate all grocery items. The arguments about whether a thing is a cake or a biscuit or a sweet or a particular kind of juice are increasingly specific and increasingly nonsensical.
I’ve eaten marshmallows straight out of a bag and stuffed them into my gaping maw, but that doesn’t make it normal behaviour. Marshmallows of any size are an ingredient, not a confection. The only exception are Flumps.
