Over half an hour so far, I wonder how long I’ll be on hold for. Good to know they’re not eating any of my massive bill on improving customer service! (/s)

  1. Update if anyone cares: the call centre answered after an hour. Only Ryanair have bet that wait time for me.

  2. I can’t get through to electric Ireland re contract discounts and bank of Ireland are three weeks late on a fixed rate application. The guy on the phone is literally taking numbers for call backs. Got one, couldn’t take the call…back to square one.

  3. Just don’t pay the last bill and wait for a call from them why it’s not paid and then tell the person calling You what needs to get done.

  4. 33 minutes? That’s nothin. Try being on for nearly four hours. And then eventually be told they’ll ring you back. But only ending up having to ring them again. And end up waiting half the day to eventually get an answer. Good thing I had free calls. Though after this rigmarole, I can tell you one thing. I won’t be dealing with these cunts again.
