That area is dense with trees and has loads of ways in and out, unless someone saw them do it, the chances of catching them is almost zero.
This reminds me of a time when as teens some of my mates got pissed up and shot each other with air rifles while trying to film a jack ass style home movie. One lad had to go to hospital and when questioned about it just said he was shot randomly while out on a run.
Tbh I’ve heard a lot of stories about Durham University students being disgusting classist/southern chauvinist Tory daddy’s money types taking out their inability to get into Oxbridge on the locals. Wouldn’t be surprised if people there want to drive the students away. I live in a different part of the county and I know I couldn’t deal with living around a bunch of abusive spoilt brats from the south swanning around like they’re kings among the peasantry.
