So I have a Retoure for Görtz and was wondering what Originalkarton means. Does it mean the Schuhkarton or the Versandkarton? The picture next to the instructions looks like a Schuhkarton, but not sure. I have a pair of shoes I want to return but the original Versandkarton is huge and if possible i want to ship the return in a smaller box as it is easier for me to carry to the post office.

It means the box in which the product came in
“Originalkarton” is the box the shoes came with. They mean the original Schuhkarton. I’d not think they make you send that in the original Versandkarteon.
