I am staying at a hotel in Estonia, Hiiumaa, and the tv has this channel with the title “antenna 2”, but the only thing that it shows is this picture, we love this man and want to know more about him, we would really love if you could help us with finding out where is this from, Thanks!

He’s been in a lot of tv programs, so without some additional context it’s hard to pin down the exact show.
Looks like the travel show he co-hosted. “Reisile minuga”. “Travel with me” in English.

Couldnt edit so this is kindof an update, thanks for the quick replies, we called him Aigars, we dont plan on changing the name we gave him, we started a religion and he is the god
