Can you good people explain this to me? This was posted on the Taiwan sub. There isn’t a lot of information I could find about this show and I don’t understand what they are saying. So I am here asking for your help and expertise. Bottom line, I wanted to know what is the general consensus of Norway regarding Taiwan? Or your takes on the matter. If there isn’t one, that’s fine! I like that you guys are even talking about us in some way. Not many countries do, in fear of…you know. Well! Thank you for your time, I look forward to your response. And I hope Norway can be Taiwan’s new best friend. Takk skal du ha!
That is the new Minister of Trade and Industry. They are trying to put him in a awkward position by asking questions on a controversial topic, so he has to fend them off in a way that doesn’t piss China off.
I think the general consensus in Norway is that China should keep away from Taiwan, but the politicians has to be a bit careful not to hurt the export to China as that happend when Liu Xiaobo was awarded the Nobel Peace price.
Trying not to offend our costumer.
Also if Germany bought more of our salmon during WWII, we would have done everything to not offend a nation that puts people in concentration camps.
