So, I live in a house (not a flat),in Berlin,with this heater[H](https://ibb.co/mJXD1NQ), that hasn’t been working since last Monday, so we don’t have hot water or heating. Anybody knows if there’s a way to turn it on? or if it can be turned off from outside the house? Any button or part I should check? Of course I’m not asking as a technician level (that’s gonna be my second question), just as a house user.
Also, anybody recommends a technician that could check the heater, better if it’s a english speaking one, or any help of where I can look for one is welcome.
The house owner won’t do shit because he want us to pay more money, so we suspect that he’s the one that “turned it off”, because he’s threating to cut electricity from next month. Of course we’re going to the Mieterverein, but we need heat asap. Any help is welcome, thank you very much.
