I honestly expected it to be more.
There is a great 22 min audio clip/report from ‘far-right’ journalist Barry Whyte in the link posted . Everyone should listen to it and realise the shitshow we are in . We are basically now an open border country. RIP getting a house.
Refugees need housing > private interests buy property > rent it to the government > government provides welfare
This is how to make money off war, welfare or open border policies.
We need to put a cap on the Urkaine refugees (like other countries have done, even Scotland with their far left leader has put in a cap)
We need to speed up the apps for asylum here(non Urkaines) as the vast majority are/will be deemed bogus as they are NOT fleeing a war zone, and allow just 1 appeal, like every other court case here.
Word has spread around the whole world how much of a soft spot we have become, looks at Helen and ROG, and how we barley ever deport people and all the freebies we give them as our own tax payers get feck all.
We cant even deport a serial sex offender

So 6 out of 7 hotels don’t take in refugees, for a handsome reward, at their darkest hour of need.
And it’ll keep on growing and growing 😑
deport them, most of them are fakers and dont need to provide any ID to be classified as “Ukrainian refugees”
They’re why they keep building them
This nonsense, HAP, outsourcing assessments for disabled kids by the HSE to private companies etc. shows how fucked Ireland is, the country is run to make money for a small few.
Using our taxes, the government and its agencies will pay private individuals and companies on a continuous basis to do something rather than do it themselves any chance they get, its blatant at this stage.
I imagine all these new hotels built over the last few years will end up empty, like all the derelict community halls and churches we have all over the place now.
May as well figure out a plan for them when the inevitable happens. Local art hubs/remote work centres would be good.
