I’m curious how this will unfold, will the other members join just for the R&D portion, and after a few years opt out to create their own SAM systems, since the German military acquisition process is notoriously slow and poorly organized.
Easy to propose, hard to execute. You simply can’t install on these systems overnight, and they’re worthless if they’re not going to be used effectively.
