The time i got scammed on that plattform they pushed all help/responsibility away. They dont really give a damn at all.
that happened to me too when I started using tutti after Ricardo raised their fees 50%. it’s probably a good thing, but a bit annoying digging up an old receipt, or getting controlled for something you bought informally, like at a flea market.
