They’re absolutely right. The very idea of private courts is insane.
Canada should just bail on [CETA](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comprehensive_Economic_and_Trade_Agreement). It took seven years to get that agreement in place. And now eight years later the EU *still* hasn’t ratified it. And for what? Our main objective was to trade with the UK, who aren’t even part of the deal anymore. What a huge waste of time this whole thing has been.
