For a band whose members include Shovell (as if the Tories haven’t dug themselves a hole) and Ms Small (a name that reflects the size of Tory support).
Never mind the lyrics.

M people are basically Brexit deniers who want the UK economy not to grow. I bet they want people on benefits to get an inflation linked boost to their incomes also, rather than giving tax cuts to the wealthiest. :Angry face:
Tomorrow in the Mail:
Are “M People” the secret leaders of the AGC?
How many times now is that major Tory politicians using copyrighted material in their conferences without permission, and apparently facing no consequences when the artist the work belongs to complains vocally about it?
I was livid that I had to hear that song again as well.
I’d be livid that I produced music basic and inoffensive enough to be used at a political party conference, but that’s me.
The only people the Tory party want to move on up are themselves, unless they also want all working class people to move on up to the North and Scotland. Everything has got worse under them, apart from corruption, they are anathema to moving on up.
Well those are some interesting lyrics for the Tories to want us to think about when we think of them –
>**You’ve done me wrong, your time is up**
>
>**You took a sip from the devil’s cup**
>
>**You broke my heart, there’s no way back**
>
>**Move right out of here, baby, go on pack your bags…**
