Someone mentioned pierogi earlier… Not the prettiest but tasted good

1. For the curious:

   Boiled and then lightly fried in butter.
   Made 3 fillings:
   – The one in the video with potatoes and ricotta cheese
   – Another with ricotta cheese & some spinach
   – The sweet version with twarog, vanilla extract, sugar etc.

4. They taste better boiled. Fried pierogi aren’t my prefered type.
