  1. So not the lifeguard who didn’t save her. Nor the people who owned the pontoon who allowed it to fall into disrepair through lack of maintenance but definitely teachers who panicked. Aye right then.

  2. This must be the worst nightmare of everyone involved. Poor girl and her parents.
    I don’t know if sending 4 people to prison 7 years after the event is the right thing to do.

  3. I am flabbergasted that it has taken seven years to bring this case to court. Seven bloody years. I could understand seven months – or even one year – but flippin heck!
