  1. 😂 if only it worked like that it’d be great but …. It doesn’t. It’s a bit like saying ‘so you had your free trial of Brexit, would you like to subscribe for the year or cancel now’. Also the sample size is very small and depending on where the majority of the sample were from it’d skew the results, I.e if the majority were from Scotland that would almost guarantee a positive result for rejoining, whereas if the majority were from Northern England that’d almost guarantee the opposite result.

  2. I’m against ever letting the UK back in unless the fully commit to the EU. If they agree to join the Euro, schengan etc they can rejoin. The UK always was begrudgingly a member with loads of opt outs and held back integration. If they want back in they should be fully in or not welcome back.

  3. Oh really? Back of the fucking queue, sunshine. And if you want in, you’re all in. No more weaseling out of things you don’t like.

  4. Unfortunately I don’t think any politician will want to touch the topic for atleast 10-20 years. But maybe we can get a better deal or join in a smaller way like Norway or something later on

  5. Maybe, but at least a generation will pass before the UK will be ready to start negotiations to rejoin, if ever. Would Brits agree to Schengen? To joining the Euro? I bet not. Even if a majority say they want to rejoin.

  6. Much of the public don’t realise that rejoining will likely exacerbate the refugee problem because we’d have to join Schengen and we’d have to join the euro and therefore concede monetary policy. Admit any of this and it would instantly drop down to below 40%. Rejoin is now only a fantasy.
