The policies of The Conservative Party should be those in their manifesto, on which the public elected them to govern. If they substantially change their position from what they were elected to do, they need to go back to the country. They have no mandate to completely upend everything and head off in a completely different direction. Most just wanted Boris removed, not an entirely new radical agena. The system is broken.
