I have a Deutsche Bahn account but I am trying to book a train pass through DB regio — it’s the German Rail Pass meant for non-German citizens, so it’s a good deal as I’m going to be doing extensive travel within Germany next week and I don’t have a real itinerary. But Good Lord, the amount of bugs on this site. It won’t let me add a credit card to pay with, the verification email I’ve been sent is blank (I’m using windows and a regular browser, so it’s not an issue with my computer). It almost seems like a scam website? The Help telephone line isn’t working, nor is the email that they provided. Any non-Europeans have experience booking the consecutive rail pass? I need help and am starting to sweat at the sight of the regular ticket prices now.
This is the website : [https://www.dbregio-shop.de/product/80/show?active\_path=ticket%7Cproduct\_category\_1%7Cproduct\_80&dbkanal\_007=teaserBlock\_2-1\_button\_GRPConsecutivePassEN](https://www.dbregio-shop.de/product/80/show?active_path=ticket%7Cproduct_category_1%7Cproduct_80&dbkanal_007=teaserBlock_2-1_button_GRPConsecutivePassEN)
And I got there via : [https://www.bahn.com/en/offers/passes/german-rail-pass](https://www.bahn.com/en/offers/passes/german-rail-pass)
