  1. So I checked it and I didnt actually receive that 100€ voucher. Mega (my supplier) apparently has a bad rep regarding this. So check your advance invoices between April and July and see if the paid amount is always roughly the same (or check your account and see if you automatic payments is always the same).

    Will 100€ change your fortune? No, but it’s “free” 100€ so, why not?

    Went and checked my account and turns out I did actually receive it. Must have forgotten.

  4. I filled up the form about two months ago and didn’t get any reply yet. Is anyone else in this situation? Anyone who got it recently can maybe share when they filled up the form to have an idea?

  5. I got a message about it from Luminus a few months back to inform me I hadn’t received it yet. Turns out Luminus has my contract on address: street X apt Y whereas the Belgian registry has me on street X apt 000Y.

    Obviously a computer-operated system couldn’t figure it out so no 100 euros for me. Had to fill out the form to have it ‘verified’.

    Just to add a possible reason for people who also did not receive this automatically.

  6. For anyone that didn’t receive it yet, the deadline to apply is tomorrow (15 October).

    Also, in my experience, it was deducted from a bill earlier on this year, ie it’s not something you receive as a transfer to your bank account. For those who are unsure if they received it yet, check your electricity/ gas bills from April to October (not your incoming bank transfers).

  7. I can’t have it. Supposedly because my domicilie wasn’t at the address where my contract was. I was moving whilst this was announced.

    Kind of stupid as I was already paying electricity for 2 months but not yet living here.

  8. I received the keys from my house in may, could it be that the previous owners received the 100 euro?

  9. Apparently I already received it but never noticed it. When you need to pay 300 euro per month more, 100 euro one time is a fucking joke.
