I don’t understand what the difference of this scheme is to just making half tax cheaper by 33%?

Wow…if I am reading this right, this benifit stacks with those that purchase discounted REKA checks, so that 2000 would be 1600 instead in my case. Coupled with the halbtax, this is actually looking like a really good deal!
