I have gone through the stores in Belle Etoile and Kirchberg Shopping Center but can’t find any. Do you have any suggestions that sell overcoats like this for a budget of up to 300 euros?

Perhaps COS (Cloche d’Or), Massimo Dutti (Grand-Rue) or Benetton (near Bd Royal – not sure if they sell men’s clothing in that particular store).

A short trip to Metz might help; city center area has a lot of interesting stores that you might look at. Also, near Metz there is Marques Avenue (a sort of outlet concept). For a longer trip (and when shopping for more than a single item), consider Zweibrücken Fashion Outlet.
I have something like that. I bought it at Bram in city concord. Do not remember the exact price but it was something in the range you are mentioning
