I’m going to make an educated guess here and say it might be Marie Sophie Frederikke af Hessen-Kassel who was Queen of Denmark from 1808-839 and Queen of Norway from 1808 to 1814, which would coincide with the date of the painting. She looks similar as well so… maybe??
