1. It works over the broadband so if your speeds aren’t great the picture quality will suffer

4. Only got Vodafone broadband and TV on Monday, picture quality is perfect. The TV comes in over the Internet, I’m getting around 940Mbps, so maybe your cousin is getting low Internet speeds
