Να ρωτήσω. Επειδή δεν είδα ποτέ ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο.. υπάρχει και με τα ηλεκτρικά αυτός ο κίνδυνος; Ή υπάρχει μόνο με τα αυτοκίνητα βενζίνης πετρελαίου επειδή είναι ανοικτά από κάτω; Θέλω να πω μπορεί μια γάτα να πάει κοντά στην μηχανή ή μπαταρία και σε ηλεκτρικό αυτοκίνητο;

I wouldn’t worry that much about “the smell of burning hair”. They’re smart enough to move to a different part of the engine it the exhaust gets hot, and by the time the whole engine compartment becomes a furnace, you probably have been driving a long distance on the highway, and the cats have jumped off at the last red light…
The real danger is the radiator fan turning on and slicing them to pieces (or them jumping off during the ride and getting run over ofc).

How to they get in the engine? Climb up from the bottom?
Also get your cat neutered and suggest that your neighbor does the same if applicable. THEN we don’t have so many lost kittens. BTW, we found our kitten in the engine of a car. She’s sleeping next to me now. We heard her crying. They don’t always do that, so check.
