What do you think about Putin moving nuclear bombers near the Norwegian border?

  1. Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland are so close to Murmansk and Kaliningrad that it doesn’t really matter if they move other nukes around. We got nukes and A LOT of them so close anyway.

  2. Unescorted nuclear bombers are realistically going to be intercepted and shot down by SAM batteries or fighter aircraft before they can drop their bombs on their targets, so I’m not really worried about them.

  3. It’s expected, and is no more worrying than actual nuclear threats. Russia views nuclear war as a higher possibility than before, so they’re getting ready in case it happens. That’s nothing new.

  4. The Russians have since the end of WWII used nuclear bombs as a threat to shake western diplomats. I don’t take their threat seriously. Truth is Russia is a paper tiger. Their absolute fiasco of a military campaign in the Ukraine has shown as much. I think they know as well as NATO that there is no outcome in a conflict with NATO that is favourable for Russia. It will certainly lead to the Russian continent being completely annihilated and leveled with the soil. The collective military capabilities of NATO far outranks Russia’s.

I’m more scared of China, as they actually have advanced military technology that surpasses NATO’s and they’ve already compromised the Greek political system. They play a very solid game of geopolitics and has thus far been able to purchase ports all over the west-asian coast. And let’s not forget that they control the backbone of the entire western economy because all our stuff is produced there. I would seriously worry about a conflict with China. They might invade Taiwan soon, and there really isn’t anything we can do about that. We can’t sanction China like we did Russia, they really have us by the balls.
