1. Obviously not a good idea (see article), but pedestrians should have priority on any road that isn’t a highway

4. You can’t implement strict jaywalking rules without adequate and unobstructed pavements.

5. The inverse can be said of drives that run red lights and speed through and ignore pedestrian crossing. I guess that’s ok right, just jaywalking and pedestrians are evil.

   As fucking anoying as it is to watch someone walk straight across the roundabout at the top of Rue Dargens into 4 lanes of oncoming traffic you cant mow the fuckers down.

8. You‘re victim shaming a 72 old lady for crossing the street, who got mowed down by a 22 year old, inexperienced driver on a motorcycle?

   We should not necessarily jump to conclusions who’s fault it was, but one thing is clear: as a motorist you need to be able to stop at any time; you’re the stronger, faster and more dangerous vehicle.
