I think the significant point here is there are now Conservative MPs calling for a General Election knowing that it would end their party completely. And I think that’s reflective of how strong the feeling is in this country about what Liz Truss has done. It is monumental.
I’ve gone from voting Conservative in 2019 (yeah, yeah) to being more furious about what Truss is doing now than I ever thought possible. I’m seething.
The foul, repulsive creature actually thought she could take a 2019 mandate of huge public infrastructure spending and renewal and use it to ram through ultra-austerity 2.0 and crash the economy through the floor in order to give tax breaks to the ultra-rich.
The bitch and her chancellor mate should be in prison. I intend to protest and would support a general strike to get her out. After which we need a constitutional rethink to ensure this can never happen again.
Knowing Dorries’ level of intelligence, she probably doesn’t understand what it actually entails.
This is the person that was pro-brexit but aghast to find out if we left the EU we’d have no MEP’s and no voice.
