Look for a zapiekanka with surówka. You will get a typical zapiekanka with cheese, champignons and a lot of cabbage on top of it. Ofc with ketchup and mayo. I had it many times near train station in Olsztyn, but i strongly believe it is available in Poland as a whole. Imo the best zapiekania you can get.
