Completely on the side of the residents here. No landlord, neither individual or indeed a corporate actor like a local authority or approved housing body seem to know how much hell certain tenants can unleash on a whole estate. 188 other people, many of them families, have had to endure chaos. I wish them all the best.
Landlords need to be made aware that tenants and indeed communities aren’t cash machines.
Very interesting. Hopefully they will decide jurisdiction and set precedent here.
It must have been very serious criminality for it to get to this point
