A few months ago I asked for advice after a faulty zone valve in the boiler room stopped our heating.

The company seemed to agree that it was a communal expense and we thought we were covered by our syndicate agreement [https://imgur.com/a/1XeBX3N](https://imgur.com/a/1XeBX3N)
However, it now appears that for the expenses produced by the syndicate the total charge is allocated to us. Does anyone know what we can do to resolve this?

You need to tell the syndic before the accounts are approved in general assembly. They often make mistakes.
