Is this baking powder or baking soda?

  1. Is this sodium bicarbonate on its own or a dry stable mix of sodium bicarbonate and a powdered acid pre-made for baking. Thank you 🙂 we just moved to CPH three weeks ago and are learning the ropes 🙂

  2. Baking powder for a cake mix that already has acidity in it.

    You can use half a teaspoon of this instead of a teaspoon of “natron”.

  3. I can’t understand how you can hold it looks that. The photo looks like you’ve photoshopped a high resolution photo of baking powder on top of a blurry photo of your hand

  4. How has Copenhagen (and Denmark as a whole) been treating you for your first 3 weeks?

    I hope you’re taking advantage of any sunlight you see since moving from California you might be a little overwhelmed by your first winter here!
