You can recognize that because of the straight concrete lines forming the first floor and breaking with the uneven pavement in front of it.
Also, on picture two the circle window (called Eye of Olten) facing in the direction of Olten, what is typical for buildings outside of Olten but built by this culture.
Probably a place of worshipping.
However, abandoned and maybe to put to another use, once the culture faced some kind of decline after the rise of the Helvetic federation.
Great architecture. Real cultural treasure.
