1. I don’t like the sound of ” artic outbreak ” in Eastern Europe. And of course the center of it is Romania , great

2. Maybe it helps reduce the need to use fuel reserves for a bit and ease peoples’ finances. Either way not good news.

4. This sounds awful for Russia. Europe gets to conserve heat and the unprepared russians get to feel the cold. On a side note Romania will probably be pretty fucked with -6 degrees already, not looking forward to the next energy bills.
