  1. There are still people who have seen Martin Nolan and Melanie Greally repeatedly betray victims and endanger communities week in, week out, year in, year out, and still won’t concede that communities need a mechanism to recall activist judges who betray their oaths.

  2. Inability to properly prosecute people like this in this country only fuelling the next generations. They simply growing up knowing from the start that there will be no repercussions for their actions. Year after a year same stories, how nothing can change for so many years when majority of Irish population are yearning for a change is beyond me.

  3. Funny how everyone knows who the judge was before opening the article! Is there any way he can be removed ??

  4. There should really be a protest outside the Dáil or the courts where Nolan is and call for him to go! He is embarrassing and betraying the victims every time, I say anyone who has him as a judge is licking their lips as they know they will get a soft sentence.

  5. I know it’s that Nolan cunt but can he not give some community service or anger management or something other than te usual?

They’ll be down the pub delighted with themselves while the poor victims will be terrified, at the very least have them picking up litter in the pouring rain for 8 hours every Saturday over the winter.

  6. I see suspended sentence for an abhorrent crime or pure scumbaggery, I guess Nolan and by god, 90% of the time I’m right

  7. If you’re in public street you’re allowed to video that’s the governments argument in putting CCTV everywhere. This sets a dangerous precedent that you can be guilty of a crime if you video on a public street.

His daughter committed the attack not him, she’s an adult.
