People do crazy things when their false expectations are called out as lies. They are being saved from elevating themselves on expectations. They injure themselves emotionally and unnecessarily, growing angry and violent.
If people ditch their expectations and have hope to get where they want to go, things remain peaceful.
Gotta give the woman credit – it’s a pretty good attempt to tie the climate protests with the cost of living strikes. Pretty obvious and doomed to fail, as most things she touches, but still far more elaborate that one would expect from her 🤣
All these new offences! Good job we’ve got enough police to arrest offenders, courts and staff to try them, and prisons to lock them away in.
More dystopian everyday let’s ban protests and democracy sounds like something the average constituents want…..

I’d normally laugh at the idea that anyone could think the UK economy is so weak that closing a couple of motorway junctions, for a bit, would be enough to bring it crashing down….
But now I’m more inclined to think that, maybe she has a point.
I find it genuinely remarkable that we managed to get rid of someone as absolute bottom barrel as Boris only to level up every single position available in the tory party with worse cunts in a matter of weeks.
