I’m searching for a new phone at the moment and I stumbled upon a couple of good offers on the DNA online store (e.g. [this](https://kauppa.dna.fi/tuote/oneplus-nord-ce-2-5g/p/QP00497-grey)).
I’m not a DNA customer and I won’t be in the future.
As I don’t speak Finnish I have some trouble understanding a couple of things:
* Is the discounted price for everybody or for customers only?
* Will the phone be branded with DNA’s apps and/or be location limited or limited to their SIM cards? (I know some companies do this and I would like to know from people who already bought phones from them)
