Europe gets it. But it’s still not doing enough to help Ukraine win.

  1. EU is also taking the blunt of the migrate and energy crisis.

But yeah, send a shitton more weapons.

Especally tanks, air defense and long-range missile systems.

  2. Part of the problem of slowness is simply a question of disparate, decentralized decision making.

The federal US government is the sole responsible for dealing with foreign affairs. As such, it can quite easily and quickly unlock spending, and get it out to the field. The EU is trying to get 27 different member states, with different systems, different parliaments, different… all on the same page.

This should be the sign that there maybe should be some sort of centralized decision making process in emergency situations.

  3. Why should they? I thought the Ukranian army was made of the bravest and strongest men in the world and that the Russians are weak and use rusty old weapons. Why they’d need help? Slava Ukraina

  4. I support our current approach supporting Ukraine enough to win whilst still not costing ourselves enough to provoke the rise of pro putin parties in Europe ( RN,AfD,UKIP,LFI) It would be a much larger loss to Ukraine if a country say France flippes to supporting Russia or just neutrality.

Let’s keep arming Ukraine, Keep supporting them politically and economically keep supporting the refugees but not make any more significant increased commitments that might unravel everything
