I’m not even in London & the current place I’m at, I called up the agent the day the ad came online, I offered to move in without a viewing.
Been looking to move elsewhere, but I’m resigned to staying here for the foreseeable, it’s diabolical & the situation isn’t gonna change any time soon because renters are in the minority & so MPs don’t really care.
The London rental market is mental right now, with demand far outstripping supply, but I think the key here is being considered not stable enough.
I’ve been offered two properties this week. That practise of offering rent up front is not accepted by reputable estate agents due to legal issues and money laundering rules.
