We skied at Lake Bled a few times in the 80’s – we were desperate for the lake to be frozen up to the island but it never happened when we were there. Thanks for this great picture!

I was there 2 years ago but there wasn’t a lot of snow in the winter unfortunately, only a few cm in Ljubljana.

One of my favourite bird, I grew seeing them eating the bird food by our kitchen window during the winters. I always feel good when I see one.

One time i was dating a guy from Bled and we broke into an outside spa hot tub over there. It was such an amazing night. I miss Bled.
