If anyone had the skills or wherewithal, you could make that exact same poster for Brexit with Lady Hibernia looking on instead.
The funny thing is that the republic did amazingly well since partition but the north has sunk so far. A pity.

I know this is propaganda and Britain is trying to project its “purity” but is there a particular reason the Irish character is almost orange looking? Was there a perception that the Irish were darker skinned?
I’m offended that they used my likeness without my permission.
And they haven’t changed a bit! If I saw this poster come out from the DUP *today* I’d only be mildly surprised.
