Sorry I know this is quite UK centric, but I found these polling numbers quite remarkable even though obviously this whole mess is very embarrassing. Thought would share.
84% embarrassed, 16% not embarrassed excluding don’t knows
Tell you what and people may disagree but I’d take Boris back!
Yes he did wrong during covid I get that and should never have done it..we all make mistakes especially with him being in the lime light, but leadership skills wise was good.
He had to deal with the mess on brexit followed by a hit on covid and now the war, it wasn’t easy for him at all but he got on with it. Don’t care what anyone says nobody was better than him in my eyes if so I’d love to hear your views on who? And why

Being embarrassed by your government is completely normal.
Aren’t they really just embarrased by themselves as they voted for where they are
6% I think is the lizardman constant
I wonder how much one can trust the remain/leave distinction. I would guess that with time people would be lying about that.
By the economic situation, not at all. It’s happening in pretty much every nation in the world. There’s plenty of nations with currencies tanking against the USD, central bank base rates, inflation and interest rates rising faster than ours.
Political? I’ve often thought that when governments get past a decade in power in this country they kind of lose the plot and start doing mental stuff.
