Just set up an email rule to automatically delete emails from that sender, you’ll never see them again.
If you’re emailing you after you revoked consent you can make an official complaint to the data protection commission at https://forms.dataprotection.ie/contact but lord knows if anything will come of it
Flag as spam and report with DPC. Enough complaints and flags, their domain registrar will kick them, or their domain will be blacklisted.
Email their data protection officer (their email is probably dpo@apmx.co.uk) and if they dont have one dob them into the DPC like the other poster said. It they do business in the EU they’re supposed to have a DPO.
Weird email newsletter design, I’m not sure they were going for the gay porn vibe or maybe they were 😊
He’s from dundalk… His products are in a few places, doesn’t do vegetarian or vegan.. so I naturally don’t like him..lol
That site is breaking a bunch of EU, and most likely UK, e-commerce laws, which they are required to follow if they sell to EU customers.
* The company VAT number is not displayed
* They say that shipping charges are not refundable with returns
* They say that returns are only accepted up to 7 days
* There is no info or links to inform EU customers of their rights and where they can lodge complaints
Along with reporting them to the Data Protection Commissioner in Ireland and the UK, you could also report them to the competition authority of the EU and UK.
Start using an email aliasing service. Create private addresses that forward to your real email when signing up for stuff online. If you’re receiving spam you can deactivate them easily. DuckDuckGo have a free service that also blocks email trackers in your inbox 👀
