Hello. I am trying to trace my ancestors. We found the attached birth / baptismal record. However, we are having difficulty translating it.
In addition, we would really like to find out where “Harsin 4” (spelling?) is or was?

hi op i cant make out much but i thin some hungarians might help you from what i could read one surename is Kovacs which is a common hungarian name

I think it could be the village of Hazsina, currently Hažín nad Cirochou (in Humenné district) – according to this forum

Isnt it in hungarian, not slovak?
