I’ve created an Irish ADHD Discord Community for anyone who:
* Has ADHD
* Suspects they may have ADHD
* Wants to learn more about ADHD such as Parents, Teachers, Friends of those with ADHD
This’ll be a place where you can ask questions, find resources and just hangout and relate with others who are living with ADHD like you.
