Looks stunning. But what’s the point of that roundabout?
A friend of mine went to Split recently and said it was amazing.
So Riva of “Rock me baby” fame named themselves after the waterfront?
Had lunch in that cafe in the foreground. Loved Split. Great views from the hill nearby and obviously the palace/old town is amazing.
Ovo nije riva nego zapadna obala.
I have eaten the best pizza of my all life there.
The path in the foreground in covered in plaques for all Croatian Olympic medal winners, if I remember correctly. Also the little pier was the drinking spot for all the young people/backpackers after the bars curfew when I was there
Split is nice. But it can be overly busy in season. We had more fun exploring the surrounding towns and cities. 🙂
